This 6-story residential building is designed with a focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems to reduce environmental impact. The building’s exterior prominently features exposed ceramic bricks, which offer excellent thermal insulation, durability, and a reduced carbon footprint. These materials not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also improve energy efficiency by reducing the need for artificial heating and cooling.

Additional sustainable features include the use of reclaimed materials, eco-friendly insulation, and low-VOC finishes, all chosen to minimize environmental harm. The building integrates renewable energy through rooftop solar panels, while natural ventilation and high-performance insulation further optimize energy consumption.

A rainwater harvesting system is included for non-potable uses such as irrigation, supporting water conservation efforts. This project exemplifies how modern residential design can embrace sustainability, creating comfortable living spaces that are both environmentally responsible and energy-efficient.
