This 6-story residential building is designed to blend modern living with a strong commitment to sustainability. At the heart of the project is its **exposed ceramic brick facade**, chosen for its ability to regulate indoor temperatures naturally, reducing the need for energy-intensive heating and cooling. These bricks, durable and low-maintenance, are a key element in the building’s eco-friendly design.

The use of sustainable materials extends throughout the project, including reclaimed wood and non-toxic, low-VOC finishes, promoting a healthier environment for residents. Energy efficiency is further maximized with the integration of solar panels on the rooftop, providing renewable energy for common areas.

The building also incorporates a rainwater harvesting system, which collects water for use in landscaping and other non-potable applications, significantly reducing water waste. With its focus on sustainable materials and energy-saving technologies, this project offers a thoughtful approach to eco-friendly urban living, delivering both comfort and environmental responsibility.
