This 7-story residential building is designed with a focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly materials to create energy-efficient, modern living spaces. The building’s facade prominently features **exposed ceramic bricks**, chosen for their thermal properties, durability, and low environmental impact. These bricks not only provide a striking aesthetic but also help regulate indoor temperatures, reducing the need for artificial heating and cooling.

The use of sustainable materials extends throughout the building, including reclaimed wood, eco-friendly insulation, and low-VOC finishes to promote healthier indoor environments. Energy efficiency is enhanced by the integration of rooftop solar panels, natural ventilation systems, and high-performance insulation, reducing the overall energy footprint of the building.

To conserve water, the project incorporates a rainwater harvesting system for non-potable uses such as irrigation and flushing. This building showcases how thoughtful design and sustainable materials can work together to create comfortable, eco-conscious living spaces for urban dwellers.
