This 7-story mixed-use building combines residential and commercial spaces with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly materials. The facade features **exposed ceramic bricks**, chosen for their durability, thermal efficiency, and low environmental impact. These bricks help regulate indoor temperatures, reducing the building’s energy consumption for heating and cooling.
The building’s lower floors will house commercial spaces, while the upper floors provide modern residential units. Sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood, low-VOC finishes, and eco-friendly insulation are used throughout the design to further reduce the carbon footprint and promote healthier indoor air quality.Energy efficiency is maximized with rooftop solar panels and natural ventilation systems,
helping lower overall energy use. A rainwater harvesting system will be implemented to support non-potable uses such as irrigation and toilet flushing. This project exemplifies how sustainable design can seamlessly merge commercial functionality with eco-conscious urban living, offering a comfortable, environmentally responsible space for residents and businesses alike.
