This 5-story residential building is designed with sustainability and eco-friendly construction in mind. The exterior showcases exposed ceramic bricks, selected for their excellent thermal insulation, durability, and low environmental impact. These bricks not only contribute to the building’s aesthetic appeal but also improve energy efficiency by reducing the need for artificial heating and cooling.

In addition to the ceramic brick facade, the project incorporates sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood and eco-friendly insulation to further minimize its carbon footprint. Energy efficiency is enhanced through rooftop solar panels, high-performance insulation, and natural ventilation, reducing overall energy consumption.

A rainwater harvesting system will be integrated to support water conservation, utilizing collected rainwater for non-potable uses like irrigation and toilet flushing. This project aims to provide comfortable, modern living spaces while demonstrating that sustainable materials and design strategies can significantly reduce environmental impact in urban development.
