This 6-story mixed-use building combines residential and commercial spaces with a focus on sustainability. the design prioritizes eco-friendly construction and energy efficiency. The facade uses exposed ceramic bricks for their thermal insulation and low environmental impact, while other materials are locally sourced or recycled.

Sustainable features include rooftop solar panels, high-performance insulation, and natural ventilation to reduce energy consumption. A green roof with native plants and a rainwater harvesting system are integrated for water conservation and stormwater management. The building also includes smart energy management systems for efficient lighting, heating, and cooling.

With a mix of residential and commercial functions, the project promotes urban integration while providing communal spaces like a landscaped courtyard and rooftop terrace. It aims to demonstrate how sustainable design can enhance urban living while minimizing its environmental footprint.
