This 7-story residential building is designed to prioritize sustainability through the use of eco-friendly materials and modern design principles. The facade features a combination of exposed ceramic bricks and fair-faced concrete, chosen for their durability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance. These materials not only provide a sleek, contemporary aesthetic but also offer excellent
thermal performance, helping to naturally regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy consumption..
Sustainability is emphasized throughout the building with the use of reclaimed wood, eco-friendly insulation, and low-VOC finishes, creating healthier living spaces for residents. The building integrates rooftop solar panels to generate renewable energy,
while high-performance insulation and natural ventilation further reduce the energy footprint.
To promote water conservation, a rainwater harvesting system is incorporated, capturing rainwater for non-potable uses such as irrigation. This project sets a benchmark for eco-conscious urban living, offering modern, comfortable residential spaces that reflect a commitment to environmental responsibility.
